Company Overview: General Contract construction company specializing in retail tenant renovations, committed to delivering top-quality results on time and within budget. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Traveling Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Traveling Construction PM, you will oversee and manage retail tenant renovation projects across various locations nationwide. You will be responsible for coordinating on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and crew members.
  • Monitor and enforce safety standards, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to ensure proper execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Maintain clear and frequent communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and project managers.
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to management on project status, challenges, and timelines.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager with a strong background in retail tenant renovation and restoration projects.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
  • Must be willing to travel weekly nation wide weekly
